Omaha, Neb. — Locally-based Investors Realty has negotiated the $14.5 million sale of Plaza North Shopping Center, a 203,250-square-foot shopping center located in Omaha. Baker’s Supermarket anchors the property, which was 92 percent leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Fowling Warehouse, Altitude Trampoline Park, Planet Fitness and Archwell Health. Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the seller, an entity doing business as Plaza North Station LLC. Sam Seelenfreund of Cleeman Realty Group represented the buyer, Sky Capital Group, in the transaction.
Bellevue, Neb. — Investors Realty has arranged the $13.6 million sale of Twin Creek Shopping Center located in the Omaha suburb of Bellevue. The center comprises eight retail properties totaling 83,085 square feet. River Village Twin Creek, LLC sold the property to Classic Street Partners, LLC. Nordstrom to Open 26 New Nordstrom Rack Stores
Seattle — Seattle-based retailer Nordstrom has announced plan to open 26 new Nordstrom Rack stores. Openings are scheduled to begin this spring and continue through spring 2025. The sites of the new stores include locations in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas.

The net-leased assets are located in Iowa, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska and Wisconsin. Drew Isaac and Brian Bailey of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an Arby’s franchisee. As part of the sale, new leases were executed for the properties. The buyer was undisclosed.
Omaha, Neb. — Northmarq has arranged the $5.3 million refinancing of Clocktower Village in Omaha. The retail strip center spans 44,000 square feet and is located at 605 N. 98th St. John Reed of Northmarq arranged the fixed-rate loan, which features a 10-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. A local credit union provided the loan.
