Omaha, Neb. — Investors Realty Inc. has arranged the $9 million sale of Brentwood Square Shopping Center, a 224,187-square-foot retail center located in Omaha. An entity doing business as Brentwood Square Plaza LLC sold the property to Brentwood I Acquisition LLC. Ember Grummons and Tim Kerrigan of Investors Realty represented the seller. The transaction also included an 89,359-square-foot land lease. Harbor Freight anchors the property, which includes a mix of additional tenants such as Planet Fitness, Thrift World and Dollar Tree.

Omaha, Neb. — Federal Realty Investment Trust has acquired Village Pointe, a 453,000-square-foot, open-air shopping center in Omaha. Bellevue, Neb. — Investors Realty has arranged the $13.6 million sale of Twin Creek Shopping Center located in the Omaha suburb of Bellevue. The center comprises eight retail properties totaling 83,085 square feet. River Village Twin Creek, LLC sold the property to Classic Street Partners, LLC. Ember Grummons of Investors Realty represented the seller in the transaction. Tim Kerrigan, Grant Kobes and Jared Simon of Investors Realty also represented the buyer.

La Vista, Neb. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $6.4 million sale of Val Verde Place Shopping Center, a retail property located in La Vista. Built in 2000, the property totals 48,712 square feet across 23 tenant suites. Chris Garavaglia, Alex Perez and Austin Sweet of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction.
