Secaucus, N.J. — RKF has arranged the $64 million sale of the Plaza at Harmon Meadow, a multi-building, 217,613-square-foot retail/office property located in Secaucus.
Freehold, N.J. — The center was completely vacant before a recent recapitalization and is now 100 percent leased.
Clark, N.J. — Executed leases lined up for 100 percent of the center include anchor tenants of Whole Foods and HomeGoods.
Monroe Township, N.J. — The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule.
Washington Township, N.J. — Two retailers will have grand openings in the spring of 2015.
Long Branch, N.J. — Capital One provided bridge financing for the first phase of the acquisition in November 2014.

Elizabeth, N.J. and Fort Worth, Texas — The two properties were acquired in connection with the closing of Washington Prime Group’s acquisition of Glimcher Realty Trust.

Hackensack, N.J. — Summit Plaza is anchored by a 62,000-square-foot Super Stop & Shop.
Plainsboro, N.J. — Since taking ownership of the center, Onyx has leased a combined 20,000 square feet to Indus American Bank, as well as junior anchor tenants Lightbridge Academy and Planet Fitness.
