Shoppers are now looking for retail centers where they can connect with their community and share experiences with family and friends. How do retail centers leverage this shift in retail experience to impact their bottom line?
Phoenix and New York — Citigroup, Nomura, Jefferies, Barclays and Deutsche Bank have underwritten the debt package to finance the acquisition.
Chicago — The acquisitions consist of a total of 238,462 square feet of leasable space on 12.38 acres.

Austin, Texas and Indian Harbour Beach, Fla. — The Sembler Company will serve as property manager and leasing agent for both properties.
New York — The 23-story Exhibit project will be developed by Socius Development Group, and will contain a total of 120 rental units (96 market rate and 24 affordable) comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Chapel Hill, N.C. — University Mall will be renamed University Place beginning in 2015, and will receive a new logo and new consumer advertising campaign.
Hackensack, N.J. — Summit Plaza is anchored by a 62,000-square-foot Super Stop & Shop.
