Orlando, Fla. – Brixmor’s Florida properties collectively total 9 million square feet.
Peoria, Ariz. – Cypress is in the process of making several upgrades to the existing center, as well as planning for the second phase of development.
Austin – They will continue Texas expansions in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio in 2015.
Marietta, Ga. and Waynesville, N.C. – The sales include two properties near Atlanta and one outside of Asheville, North Carolina.
Chicago – The AMC Dine-In Theatres at Block Thirty Seven will include 11 auditoriums, along with MacGuffin’s Bar & Lounge in the lobby.
Howell, N.J. – Gloria Mercado, Levin Management’s leasing representative, negotiated the long-term lease.
Sicklerville, N.J. – Gloucester Town Center is anchored by a 57,560-square-foot Acme supermarket and features a new 9,700-square-foot Dollar Tree, as well as Columbia Bank and STS Tire.
Roswell, Ga. – The occupancy of the center is currently 31 percent.
