New York – The six-floor 4 E. 43rd St. building has 25 feet of frontage.
Chesapeake, Va. and Matthews, N.C. – The transaction is expected to close by early 2015.
Round Rock, Texas – The center is 98.6 percent occupied and anchored by national retailers that include Ross, PetSmart, Office Max and Party City.
Milford, Ohio – Milford Shoppes, built in 2008, is shadow-anchored by Meijer, Kohl’s and Home Depot, and is fully occupied with triple-net leases in place.
Atlanta and Lexington, Ky. – Thomas Enterprises of Newnan, Georgia, developed both centers.
Ruskin and Largo, Fla. – Mike Milano and Ron Schultz represented the sellers in the transactions.
Nashua, N.H. – Whole Foods Market has signed a 20-year lease to anchor the center and will open this summer.
San Jacinto, Calif. – There are an estimated 230,000 people in the center’s trade area.
