Los Angeles – The three buildings of the complex were previously occupied by FAMSA.
Madison, Wis. – Tenants that will join the center include Kate Spade New York, Lucky Brand, Michael Kors and Sperry Top-Sider.
Irvine, Calif. – The store will open spring 2016 and will be Whole Foods Market’s sixth store in Orange County.
Orlando, Fla. – Benjamin recently was highlighted by the Orlando Sentinel for his development work in Central Florida.
Staten Island, N.Y. – The store will be built above current transit parking and integrated into the Staten Island Ferry terminal.
Houston – The 1.8-acre property is shadow-anchored by Home Depot, Hobby Lobby and Sam’s Club.
Davie, Florida – Weston Road Shopping Center is anchored by Office Depot and AC Moore and is 98 percent leased.
Los Angeles – All leases are set for at least a five-year term.
Atlanta – France Media will begin publication of California Centers effective with the September 2014 issue, which will be distributed at the ICSC Western Division Conference October 1-2 in San Diego.
