Little Rock, Ark. – MidTowne Shopping Center is 95.6 percent occupied and leased to 22 tenants.
Tempe, Ariz. – The multi-building development was sold by Tucson, Ariz.-based Holualoa Companies to Mill Avenue Office LLC, which is owned by YAM Properties’ Bob Parsons.
Houston – Rice University has exercised an option to acquire the leasehold in the two-level center from the developer and owner, Weingarten.
New York – Approximately 93.5 percent of the portfolio’s leases will be structured with a 25-year initial term; another 6.5 percent will have a weighted average 18.7-year initial term.
