Coatesville, Pa. — Neuman Commercial Group has arranged the sale of Airport Village, a 70,500-square-foot shopping center located in Coatesville, roughly 45 miles west of Philadelphia. Tenants at the property, which was 87 percent occupied at the time of sale, include Aldi, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, Burger King, Verizon and US Renal Care. Gil Neuman of Neuman Commercial Group represented the seller, Nassimi Realty of New York, in the transaction.

Orlando, Fla. — Five tenants have signed 10-year leases at The Church Street Market, the 72,000-square-foot retail space at 55 West, an apartment tower located in downtown Orlando. Restaurants Birria 1983, The Bao Spot and BluWave Sushi will occupy 3,800; 2,100; and 3,000 square feet, respectively. Additionally, SAK Comedy Lab will lease 7,200 square feet, and Luxe Med Spa will open a 3,800-square-foot spa at the property. Hiram, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $8 million sale of Hiram Walk, a 13,801-square-foot retail center located in Hiram, roughly 27 miles outside Atlanta. Tenants at the center, which was built in 2004, include Starbucks Coffee, Buffalo Wild Wings, T-Mobile, Cold Stone Creamery and Moe’s Southwest Grill. The property is an outparcel to Hiram Pavilion. Jeff Enck of SRS represented the undisclosed seller. An entity doing business as H Walk LLC was the buyer.

Dollar General is also a tenant at the property, which was 96 percent leased at the time of sale. Orlando, Fla. and Mount Pleasant, S.C. — Crush Yard will open two new pickleball clubs in Florida and South Carolina. Opening later this month, the first venue will total 40,000 square feet in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In November, a 50,000-square-foot facility will open in Orlando, occupying a former Bed Bath and Beyond building. The clubs will feature pickleball courts, as well as access to coaches. The South Carolina Crush Yard will also feature coffee from One Nation Coffee and beer from Holy City Brewing.
