Matt Stewart, Alethia Halamandaris and Chris Jaffe of JLL Capital Markets Debt Advisory secured the financing through TerraCotta Credit Fund for the borrower. Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko represented the seller, Meridian, in the $10.4 million transaction.
