Miami — Target has signed a 77,000-square-foot lease as part of Terra’s CentroCity mixed-use redevelopment located at 3825 NW 7th St. in Miami. Construction is expected to start this summer. Arquitectonica and RSP Architects are designing CentroCity. As part of the CentroCity project, Terra is redeveloping what was previously known as Central Shopping Plaza into a 38-acre mixed-use project. A 64,643-square-foot Lunds & Byerlys grocery store anchors the 142,724-square-foot shopping center. Kendallville, Ind. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $1.8 million sale of a single-tenant, net-leased retail property in Kendallville, about 30 miles north of Fort Wayne. The building, located at 510 Fairview Blvd., is occupied by Rural King. The retailer offers essential goods and farming products. Jordan Klink of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Los Angeles-based Walmilton LLC. Klink also sourced the buyer, Indiana-based K&K Real Estate Associates LLC.
