Tampa, Fla. — Plaza Advisors has arranged the $6.1 million sale of Northpointe Crossing, a 64,017-square-foot retail center in Tampa.
Hoffman Estates, Ill. — In its first-quarter results released today, Sears Holdings Corp. says that it has identified approximately 100 non-profitable stores, 72 of which will begin store-closing sales in the near future.
Lakewood, Colo. — San Francisco-based Newmark has arranged $43.4 million in financing for Lakewood City Commons, a shopping center in Lakewood.
Atlanta — NKF Capital Markets has arranged the sales of two Publix-anchored shopping centers and one fitness-anchored center in Georgia.
Houston — HFF has arranged the sale of Tanglewood Court, a 125,500-square-foot shopping center located in Galleria/Uptown area of Houston.
Lexington, S.C. — Ziff Properties Inc. has sold Lexington Towne Center, a 131,809-square-foot retail center in Lexington, for $12.6 million.
