Atlanta — Third & Urban and FCP have announced the addition of four tenants to the 15-acre Westside Paper development located along the Atlanta BeltLine in Westside Atlanta. Currently under development and scheduled to open in early 2023, Westside Paper, which is centered around a historic 1950s paper warehouse, features 245,000 square feet of mixed-use space. King of Pops, Elsewhere Brewing, Ancestral Bottle Shop + Market and taqueria concept El Santo Gallo will join the retail lineup. Newcastle Properties to Begin Construction on Additions to Eastgate Crossing in Suburban Chicago

Naperville, Ill. — Newcastle Properties is set to begin construction on an 8,300-square-foot, multi-tenant outlot building and a 3,260-square-foot endcap space at Eastgate Crossing in the Chicago suburb of Naperville. The new development will be home to Kura Revolving Sushi Bar and NaanSense, an Indian fast-casual chain. Adam Cody of JLL represented Kura, and Phil Golding of CBRE represented NaanSense in the leasing transactions. Teaneck, N.J. — Alfred Sanzari Enterprises will open Marketplace, a 3,350-square-foot food hall in the Northern New Jersey community of Teaneck. Located within the firm’s 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe campus, Marketplace has already received commitments from concepts such as kosher deli Ma’adan, Colombian coffee shop Coffeecol, French-inspired Balthazar Bakery and ice cream maker Sip N Swirl. Marketplace will officially open Friday, Oct. 21. White Lodging will manage the venue.

Tiffin, Iowa — The Ders Group LLC has broken ground on a two-story PinSeekers golf venue at the Park Place mixed-use development in Tiffin, about 20 miles south of Cedar Rapids. The 49,022-square-foot venue will feature 56 heated bays and Toptracer ball tracking technology, which uses high-speed cameras and computer algorithms to provide instant feedback on golf swings. The property at 12740 Illinois Route 59 is situated near Target, Ross Dress for Less and Five Below stores. Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, an individual trust. SBH Real Estate Group Divests of Pollo Campero-Occupied Restaurant Property

Covina, Calif. — SBH Real Estate Group has completed the disposition of a triple-net-leased restaurant asset located at 1477 N. Azusa Ave. in Covina. HB Property Management acquired the asset for $4.6 million. Pollo Campero, a fast-casual restaurant chain, signed a 15-year ground lease to occupy the restaurant property, which is slated to open for business at the end of September. Matt Schwartz of Newmark represented Eric Silverman of SBH Real Estate Group, while Moon Lim of JLL represented the buyer in the deal.

The 8,927-square-foot building previously housed a Woody’s Restaurant, which closed in late 2021. Albert Lopez and Greg Bedell of Progressive represented the seller, a Southern California-based private investor. Allen Kirschbaum of Saddleback Realty represented Kalaveras in the transaction.
