Marcus & Millichap Arranges $6.8 Million Sale of Natural Grocers-Occupied Retail Asset in Denver

Denver — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a retail property located at 18471 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver. The newly constructed building traded for $6.8 million, setting a nationwide pricing record for a fee-simple Natural Grocers store, according to Marcus & Millichap. Cory Gross of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the undisclosed buyer and undisclosed seller in the deal. R.J. Brunelli Negotiates 25,067-Square-Foot Retail Lease for Fitness Center in Yardville, New Jersey

Yardville, N.J. — R.J. Brunelli & Co. has negotiated a 25,067-square-foot retail lease for fitness chain Jersey Strong in Yardville, a southeastern suburb of Trenton. The fitness center will be located within Dover Park Plaza, a 56,000-square-foot retail center at 1-23 Sunnybrae Blvd. Other tenants include a CVS pharmacy and several restaurants. Robert Kwiatkowski of R.J. Brunelli represented Jersey Strong in the lease negotiations. Danielle Brunelli and Peter Miller, also with R.J. Brunelli, represented the landlord.

Logan, W.Va. — Uber Capital Group has arranged an $11 million acquisition loan for Fountain Place Shopping Center, a 226,096-square-foot retail property in Logan. The five-year loan features a fixed 4.5 percent interest rate and a 20-year amortization schedule. Fountain Place was built in 1997 at 1103 George Kostas Drive, four miles west of downtown Logan. Roseville, Mich. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the sale of Roseville Towne Center in Roseville, about 15 miles north of Detroit. The sales price was undisclosed. The 89,883-square-foot shopping center is home to Marshalls, CVS Pharmacy, Five Below and Dollar Tree. Ben Wineman, Carly Gallagher Kelly and Daniel Stern of Mid-America represented the seller, Cincinnati-based Viking Partners. Ferris Hamama of Keystone Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer, a private investor completing a 1031 exchange.

Morristown, N.J. — Restoration Hardware (RH) has unveiled plans to transform the 42-room Alnwick Hall mansion in Morristown, a western suburb of New York City, into an upscale home improvement store, restaurant and wine bar. Boston — Architectural Heritage Foundation is underway on the redevelopment of Charles River Speedway in Boston, a project that will deliver a 15,574-square-foot retail complex. The site is located in the Allston-Brighton neighborhood of Boston and includes the former racetrack administrative building and garage facility, which is a registered historic property. Local craft brewery Notch Brewing will anchor the project with a full brewery, taproom and beer garden, along with other restaurant and retail tenants and event spaces.
