San Diego — Colliers International has arranged the $19.9 million sale of a 17,462-square-foot retail property located in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter.

Bill Shrader, David Maxwell, Joe Brady and Serena Patterson of Colliers arranged the transaction on behalf of both the seller and buyer. The seller, ASB Real Estate Investments, owned the property in a joint venture with Blatteis & Schnur on behalf of its Allegience Fund, a $7.4 billion core vehicle. The buyer was not disclosed. The three-unit property is home to Ghirardelli Chocolate Co. and Urban Outfitters. Colliers will handle leasing for the 2,692-square-foot unit located between the two retailers, which will become available in March.
