Disney Investment Arranges Sale of Three Retail Properties in Texas, Tennessee

Dallas and Lewisville, Texas and Jackson, Tenn. — Disney Investment Group (DIG) has arranged the sale of three retail centers in Texas and Tennessee.

Properties include The Columns, a 173,727-square-foot power center located in Jackson, Tennessee; Lakepointe Towne Crossing, a 196,630-square-foot power center located in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Texas; and Royal Crossing, a 22,579-square-foot retail center located in Dallas.

David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller, Retail Properties of America, and also procured the buyer in the dispositions of The Columns and Lakepointe Towne Crossing. In the Royal Crossing transaction, DIG represented the seller, Westwood Financial, and NAI Robert Lynn represented the buyer.

The Columns was 98 occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Best Buy, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and Books-A-Million. Lakepointe Towne Crossing is shadow-anchored by Super Target and home to tenants including Ross Dress for Less and Party City. Royal Crossing was 86 percent leased to 11 tenants at the time of sale, including Mattress Firm, Wingstop, Domino’s Pizza and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop.
