New York — Eastern Consolidated and Neal Cabot Ohm have arranged a long-term, 2,023-square-foot lease for Tarallucci e Vino at the base of 400 Park Avenue South, a luxury residential building in NoMad being developed by Toll Brothers City Living and Equity Residential.
This will be the Italian restaurant’s fifth location in New York City.
The retail space also includes 1,100 square feet of outdoor, property-lined seating and more than 40 feet of frontage along East 28th Street.
Tarallucci e Vino — founded by Abruzzese restaurateur Luca Di Pietro — features an Italian dining experience with a menu that pairs with a list of wines by small-batch producers. Tarallucci e Vino offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, pastries, drinks and coffee, and maintains four existing locations in Union Square, Cooper Hewitt, the East Village and on the Upper West Side.
