Kalamazoo, Mich. — Encore Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of a single-tenant building net-leased to Advance Auto Parts in Kalamazoo.
Evan Lyons and Joe Lopez of Encore arranged the transaction on behalf of the California-based seller and the Michigan-based buyer. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed. Advance Auto Parts had two-and-a-half years remaining on its lease at the time of sale.
