Faris Lee Investments Arranges Sale of Two Retail Properties in Suburban Salt Lake City

Taylorsville, Utah — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale of two single-tenant retail buildings located within Taylorsville Shopping Center in the Salt Lake City suburb of Taylorsville.

A Southern California-based private investor sold the properties for an undisclosed price. Old Spaghetti Factory and 24 Hour Fitness occupy the buildings. Additional tenants at the shopping center include T.J. Maxx, PetSmart, Ross Dress for Less, Regal Theaters, Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Starbucks Coffee and Chase Bank. Don MacLellan, Thomas Chichester, Joseph Chichester and Matt Brooks of Faris Lee represented the undisclosed buyer and seller in the transaction.
