Houston — Forge Capital Partners and The Sembler Co., through its Forge Real Estate Partners V investment fund, have acquired Eldridge Town Center, a 144,000-square-foot shopping center located in northwest Houston. Kroger anchors the property, which was 96 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants include Petco, Panera Bread, Chase Bank, Chipotle Mexican Grill, GNC, T-Mobile and Supercuts, among others. Eldridge Town Center was built in 2000.
Through their investment funds, Sembler and Forge have now acquired 26 shopping centers together across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Texas.
