Sandy Springs, Ga. – Franklin Street Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of Powers Ferry Shopping Center in Sandy Springs, 15 miles north of Atlanta, for $10.9 million. The center sold for $416 per square foot. Mac McCall and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller. The buyer was a 1031 exchange investor in New York. The property is 85 percent leased. The center sold at full price within one week of going to market.
