Tenancy at Pacific City will include a mix of national retailers representing California lifestyle brands, several well-known restaurants and an Equinox fitness center.Huntington Beach, Calif. – George Smith Partners has arranged $93 million in financing on behalf of DJM for the development of Pacific City, a 191,000-square-foot retail center in Huntington Beach. The financing consisted of a $56.5 million senior loan and a $37 million mezzanine loan. DJM began construction in late 2013 with equity after purchasing the parcel in late 2012. Pacific City will open summer 2015.
