Regency Centers Corporation invested $6 million into revitalizing Greenway Town Center.Tigard, Ore. – Regency Centers Corporation has completed renovations of the 93,101-square-foot Greenway Town Center, as well as the opening of the center’s new anchor, Whole Foods Market. The center is located 12 miles southwest of Portland. Regency invested $6 million into revitalizing Greenway. Improvements included modernizing the exterior façade, upgrading the parking lot, adding new outdoor plazas and creating more walkable pedestrian areas. Other anchors of the center include Rite Aid and Dollar Tree. Regency and GFI purchased Greenway Town Center in 2005.
