Oconee County, Ga. — The development will be anchored by a 16-screen movie theater.
Oconee County, Ga. — Oconee 316 Associates, LLC has broken ground on the 68-acre, 410,000-square-foot Epps Bridge Centre, a retail and entertainment project located at the intersection of Paul Broun Parkway and the Oconee Connector in Oconee County. A 16-screen Georgia Theater Co. stadium-style movie theater will anchor the development along with 10 anchor tenants.
Phase I, which is slated for completion in summer 2013, will include 400,000 square feet of retail space. Additional phases will include the development of the outparcels.
Oconee 316 Associates, LLC is an affiliate of The Bishop Company, based in Atlanta, which is the owner and developer of Epps Bridge Centre in Oconee County, Ga. The Bishop Company is also responsible for the leasing and management of the retail and entertainment development. Smryna, Ga.-based Benning Construction Co. is the general contractor and Alpharetta, Ga.-based Hiscutt & Associates is the architect for the project.
