Oxnard, Calif. — Investec Real Estate Cos. has partnered with DRA Advisors to acquire The Esplanade Shopping Center in Oxnard, California.
Dick’s Sporting Goods, T.J. Maxx, Walmart, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Nordstrom Rack, Cost Plus World Market, Party City and Staples anchor the 356,864-square-foot shopping center, which was redeveloped in 2001. The property was 93 percent leased at the time of the sale. The sales price and seller were undisclosed.
