Naples, Fla. — Equity Sabal Bay MOB has sold Sabal Bay Centre in Naples, Florida, to a local investor for $5.8 million.

The 13,888-square-foot medical and retail property is anchored by Physicians Regional Urgent Care. Mike Concilla and Hamish Williams of Equity LLC represented Equity Sabal Bay in the transaction.
