Glenview, Ill. — Mid-America Real Estate Corporation has arranged the sale of Glenbrook Market Place, a 60,575-square-foot shopping center located roughly 19 miles outside Chicago in Glenview.
Tenants at the center include Walgreens, Eco Gym, Jimmy John’s and CorePower Yoga. Joe Girardi of Mid-America represented the seller, Newport Capital Partners, in the transaction. Northpond Partners acquired the property.
