San Antonio, Texas — MIMCO has acquired City Base Landing, a 200,000-square-foot shopping center in San Antonio.
The sales price and seller were not disclosed. Walmart and Sam’s Club shadow-anchor the center, which is home to over 40 tenants including Best Buy, Office Depot, JoAnn, Starbucks Coffee, Chick-fil-A, AT&T and Chili’s.
