Denton, Md. — Neuman Commercial Group LLC has arranged the $12 million sale of Denton Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot retail center in Denton.
The property sits adjacent to a 150,000-square-foot Super Walmart. Gil Neuman of Newman Commercial Group represented the seller, Black Oak Associates, and procured the buyer, Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investments Inc. The recently renovated center is 73 percent leased to 15 national and regional tenants including Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Mattress Firm, Petco, Great Clips, YMCA, Verizon, Choice One Urgent Care and Liberty Tax.
