NorthMarq Capital Arranges $12 Million Financing for Bi-State Plaza Shopping Center

Old Tappan, N.J. — NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $12 million permanent financing for Bi-State Plaza Shopping Center, an 88,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located in Old Tappan.

Working exclusively for A&R Associates, Gregory Nalbandian of NorthMarq placed the 10-year, fixed-rate refinancing with Bayonne Community Bank. Tenants at the center include Super Foodtown, CVS/pharmacy, JP Morgan Chase, Starbucks Coffee and Mooyah.
