The vacant Orchard Square space was expanded by nearly 1,000 square feet to approximately 5,000 square feet to meet Pep Boys’ current prototype.Kennesaw, Ga. – Pep Boys has signed a 10-year lease with Westwood Financial Corp. to open a location at 94,212-square-foot Orchard Square in Kennesaw, located northwest of Atlanta. The Orchard Square space was expanded by nearly 1,000 square feet to approximately 5,000 square feet to meet Pep Boys’ current prototype. Orchard Square is anchored by a Publix grocery store and Harbor Freight Tools. Other national tenants include Super Clips, First Acceptance Insurance and Mail Boxes Etc.
