Prudent Growth Partners Acquires Neighborhood Center in Wichita, Kansas, for $7.7 Million

Wichita, Kan. — North Carolina-based Prudent Growth Partners has acquired Comotara Center, a 55,650-square-foot neighborhood center located in Wichita, for $7.7 million. Originally constructed in 1985 and expanded in 1987, the center was 93 percent leased at the time of sale to 13 tenants including Dollar Tree, Five Guys, Edward Jones and State Farm.
