The Shopping Center Group has negotiated the sale of Markham Square in Little Rock to a private investor. The Shopping Center Group represented the seller, an affiliate of Weingarten Realty. The sales price was undisclosed. The center is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory and Ross Dress for Less. Markham Square was built in 1987 and renovated in 2011. The 125,884-square-foot shopping center is 92 percent leased. The center also includes an unoccupied outparcel that can accommodate approximately 2,900 square feet of space. Little Rock-based Flake & Kelley Commercial will manage and lease the property.
