U.S. Property Trust Purchases Four Shopping Centers

Los Angeles — U.S. Property Trust (USPT) has purchased four shopping centers nationwide, with three located in Texas.

USPT purchased Kroger Towne Center, shadow-anchored by Kroger, in Cypress, Texas. The center’s tenants include Great Clips, First Choice ER and H&R Block. Sunrise Plaza in Mount Prospect, Illinois, is anchored by Walmart, and features tenants including Pizza Hut, Sprint, Batteries Plus and more.

6202 West Park in Plano, Texas, is anchored by Home Depot and located directly in front of The Shops at Willow Bend Mall. Other tenants include Chipotle Mexican Grill and Pacific Dental. 6100 West Park, also in Plano, is anchored by Home Depot, and includes tenants SmashBurger, Del Taco and Mattress Firm.
