Ziff Properties Acquires Oxford Marketplace in Mississippi

Oxford, Miss. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired Oxford Marketplace, a 90,171-square-foot shopping center located in Oxford.

Walmart shadow-anchors the center, which is home to tenants including Cato, Shoe Dept., Dollar Tree, Radio Shack, Goodwill and GameStop. Terry Radford and Johnny Lamberson of CBRE represented the seller, Oxford Marketplace Associates LLC, in the transaction.
