Henderson, Nev. — The upgrades will be complete in the fall.
Henderson, Nev. — The Galleria at Sunset, a regional shopping center that opened in 1996 in Henderson, is undergoing a $7 million renovation and will welcome new retailers. Construction began on the more than 1 million-square-foot property in April and will be complete in the fall. The renovation will be mall-wide, upgrading the food court, center court, guest services center and the restrooms. Additional amenities, including a new play area and family restroom, will also be added. The contractor on the project is VCC. RTKL is the architect.
In addition to the renovation, The Galleria at Sunset will also welcome new retailers H&M and Boutique Talulah to the center. Following the upgrades, Bath & Body Works and Express will relocate to new locations inside the project.
