Scenic Square buyer, Adams Scenic Square LLC, has begun renovations to make the center more appealing to current and future tenants, as well as shoppers.Snellville, Ga. – Elliott Kyle of the Shane Investment Property Group has brokered the $4.6 million sale of Scenic Square, a 70,060-square-foot Michael’s-anchored shopping center in Snellville, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta located 25 miles northeast of downtown. The buyer, Adams Scenic Square LLC, has begun renovations to make the center more appealing to current and future tenants, as well as shoppers. The center is currently 87 percent occupied, and Michael’s has signed a 10-year renewal. Viking Partners, the Cincinnati-based seller, was represented by Dan Cooper.
