Marcus & Millichap Arranges the $10 Million Sale of a CVS/pharmacy in Maine

Kennebunk, Maine — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $10 million sale of a 13,225-square-foot CVS/pharmacy in Kennebunk, Maine.

Seth Richard and Laurie Ann Drinkwater of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investment group, and Shlomo Manne of Marcus & Millichap procured the buyer, a private investor in a 1031 exchange.
