The current tenant lineup includes Alegria Bar, Blowfish Poke, Grassfed Griddle, Taqueria Habanero, Tiger Sugar and Bold Dumpling. Beginning Mar. 17, the market — which is located in residential building The Chase — will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., remaining open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Huntsville, Ala. —Northmarq has secured a $14 million loan for Madison Plaza, a 153,739-square-foot shopping center located in Huntsville. Randy Wolfe of Northmarq arranged the 10-year financing through a regional credit union on behalf of RCP Cos. The loan features one year of interest-only payments and a 25-year amortization schedule. Built in 1984 and renovated in 2016, Madison Plaza is leased to tenants including Havertys, Stars and Strikes, State Farm, Dragon Alley and Viet Huong.
Paramus, N.J. — Kingsmen Xperience, a subsidiary of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd., and Good Vibrations will open two branded location-based entertainment (LBE) attractions totaling 56,000 square feet at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, roughly 25 miles northwest of New York City. Both attractions, Nerf Action Xperience and Planet Playskool, will open later this year and feature immersive activities, retail stores and food and beverage areas.
