Five Points is anchored by Ross Dress for Less, Party City, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, CVS/pharmacy and a free-standing Whataburger. The center was 99 percent leased at the time of the sale. Chris Gerard, Chris Cozby, Mark Witcher and Blaine Dozier of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. The sales price was undisclosed.
