Overland Park, Kan. — Price Brothers has unveiled plans for the next phase of Bluhawk, a $750 million, 277-acre mixed-use project in Overland Park.
Sugar Land, Texas — Vista Equities Group has broken ground on Phase II of University Commons in Sugar Land, an expansion project that will deliver 108,000 square feet of new retail space.
Port Charlotte, Fla. — GBT Realty Corp. has unveiled the tenant lineup and renovation plans for Port Charlotte Marketplace, a shopping center redevelopment project in Port Charlotte, 40 miles south of Sarasota.
