Atlanta — Phase I of the development will open in spring 2017, coinciding with the stadium’s debut on Opening Day in 2017.
Dallas — The eatery’s first location opened in December 2013.
Dawsonville, Ga. — Halpern purchased the property earlier this year, and will begin site work in the first quarter of 2015.
Greensboro, N.C. — Matt King and Lydia Whitley will be handling marketing and leasing responsibilities for the owners.
Plainsboro, N.J. — Since taking ownership of the center, Onyx has leased a combined 20,000 square feet to Indus American Bank, as well as junior anchor tenants Lightbridge Academy and Planet Fitness.
El Paso, Texas — Integrated into the project will be Sun Metro’s station for bus rapid transit with covered parking for commuters and a transit plaza offering transfers to regional and area destinations.
Creating a heart and soul for Downtown’s emerging neighborhoods is a focus for the project, which will fulfill many needs in the area.
Honolulu — Work will begin immediately to prepare the site for construction of phase one of the $500 million project.
Hunstville, Ala. — The $16 million Phase II adds 95,000 square feet of retail on nine acres.
Daytona Beach, Fla. — P&S Paving is already a sub-contractor on International Speedway Corp.’s $400 million DAYTONA Rising project underway at Daytona International Speedway.
