Willow Grove, Pa. — The second phase of construction for Tilted 10, an entertainment complex totaling 103,000 square feet, has been completed at Willow Grove Park Mall, a PREIT property located in Willow Grove. Tilted 10, a Nickles and Dimes Inc. concept, features bowling, games, golf courses, a shooting gallery, bumper car rink and laser tag arena. A full-service taco bar is also currently underway at the location.

Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5.9 Million Sale of Retail Strip Center in Treasure Island, Florida
Treasure Island, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $5.9 million sale of Treasure Island Plaza, a 20,000-square-foot retail strip center located in Treasure Island in metro Tampa Bay. Built in 1981, the property was leased to 11 tenants at the time of sale. The buyer, an investment firm based in Miami, plans to redevelop the one-acre parcel into a mixed-use building with 40 residences atop 10,000 square feet of retail space. Evan Cannan and Reid Thedford of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office brokered the transaction.
DeBary, Fla. — St. Petersburg-based Mosaic Development LLC has purchased 13.1 acres of land in DeBary, roughly 23 miles north of Orlando, for the development of the first phase of a mixed-use project to be located immediately north of the city’s SunRail station. Upon completion, the Main Street-style development will feature 500 apartment units, 40,000 square feet of retail space and a central park and community plaza. Gilbert, Ariz. — The Town of Gilbert, a suburb southeast of Phoenix, has approved the zoning request for a 311-acre mixed-use development called The Ranch. Indicap, Colmena Group and Langley Properties are leading the project and estimate development costs of more than $1 billion. Upon completion, The Ranch will offer 221 acres of light industrial space, 39 acres of commercial space, 39 acres of multifamily space and 16 acres of public green space. Hutto, Texas — EVO Entertainment Group has signed a 53,300-square-foot lease at Townwest Commons in Hutto, with plans to open a cinema, bowling and entertainment venue at the property in 2024. San Diego — Fruit juice concept Sip Fresh has entered a three-unit franchise agreement with operator Kevin Tam for locations in metro San Diego. The deal includes the acquisition of an existing store located in the Westfield UTC Mall and plans for two additional locations in the area. Tam’s previous experience includes concepts Wetzel’s Pretzels and Sweetgreen, as well as other quick service restaurant brands and food trucks. Sip Fresh plans to sign 35 new franchise agreements by the end of the year.
Sandy Springs, Ga. — A partnership between CONNOLLY and Coro Realty has announced plans to reposition the retail portion of a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use development located in Sandy Springs, roughly 16 miles north of Atlanta. The partnership acquired the property in February 2022 for $40.5 million. Formerly known as Sandy Springs Gateway, the development will undergo capital improvements and be known as Chastain Market going forward.
