Doral, Fla. — Terra has arranged the $74 million sale of Doral Square, a 150,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Doral, a western suburb of Miami. North Miami-based IMC Equity Group was the buyer. Situated at the gateway to downtown Doral, the property is anchored by Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less and UFC Gym. Clearwater, Fla. — Benderson Development has acquired Clearwater Shoppes, a 216,692-square-foot shopping center located in Clearwater. Situated on 14.5 acres adjacent to the 1.3 million-square-foot Countryside Mall, the center’s tenant roster includes Whole Foods Market, Target and Nordstrom Rack. Seritage Growth Properties sold the shopping center to Benderson for an undisclosed price. Danny Finkle, Jorge Portela, Kim Flores and Evan Lahr of JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

Jamestown to Provide Leasing for Sarasota Square Redevelopment in Florida

Sarasota, Fla. — Jamestown has been selected to provide leasing for Sarasota Square, a redevelopment of the former Sarasota Square mall, which will be transformed into an open-air lifestyle center. Chicago-based Torburn Partners received approval for the redevelopment plan in April 2024, and demolition of the indoor mall began in February 2025. The first retail building is currently under construction. Previously confirmed tenants at the project include Whole Foods Market, Homesense, CAVA, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Joe & The Juice and Charles Schwab.
