Stockbridge, Ga. – Freeway Junction shopping center is 95.5 percent leased to tenants such as Northern Tool + Equipment, Goodwill, Ollie’s, Farmer’s Furniture, Cato Fashion and Citi Trends.
Atlanta – Earth Fare’s lease will bring Phase II of Emory Point’s retail portion to 64.6 percent pre-leased.
Cairo, Ga. – The price represents $59 per square foot and includes a triple-net lease guarantee.
Decatur, Ga. – The developers plan to convent the enclosed portion of the mall into an open-air concept.
