Acme Grocery anchors the property, which was 99 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants at the center include McDonald’s, TD Bank and Dollar Tree. Chris Munley, Jim Galbally, Colin Behr, James Graf and Patrick Higgins of JLL represented the seller, Site Centers, in the transaction.

Southern Shores, N.C. —Klein Enterprises has purchased Southern Shores Marketplace, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center located in Southern Shores. Food Lion anchors the property. Other tenants include Starbucks Coffee, Verizon Wireless, CVS/pharmacy, Jersey Mike’s, OBX Optical and Coastal Rehabilitation. The seller, Aston Properties, recently redeveloped the shopping center and executed new leases with Marshalls, Rack Room Shoes and Five Below. An affiliate of Klein Enterprises purchased the property for an undisclosed price using acquisition financing from TD Bank. Berkeley Capital Advisors brokered the transaction.
Henrico, Va. —Divaris Real Estate has brokered the $18.4 million sale of Merchant’s Walk Shopping Center, a 219,972-square-foot retail center located in Henrico, roughly 10 miles northwest of Richmond. Merchant’s Walk was 97 percent leased at the time of sale to 38 retailers. Food Lion, AutoZone and JoAnn Fabric and Craft anchor the property. North Providence, R.I. — A joint venture partnership between ShopOne Centers REIT, Pantheon and an undisclosed global institutional investor has acquired North Providence Marketplace, a 112,497-square-foot retail center located in North Providence. Shaw’s Supermarket anchors the property, which was 88 percent occupied at the time of sale. Other tenants include Dollar Tree, Rainbow, H&R Block and Sally Beauty Supply. Shaw’s features an in-store Starbucks Coffee.
Edgewood, Md. — KLNB has brokered the $10.4 million sale of Edgewood Plaza, a retail center located in Edgewood, roughly 25 miles outside Baltimore. Food Lion anchors the 76,000-square-foot property. Dollar General is also a tenant at the property, which was 96 percent leased at the time of sale. Chris Burnham, Andy Stape, Vito Lupo and Jake Furnary of KLNB represented the seller, Sandmar Properties, in the transaction.
Leesburg, Fla. — Legacy Realty Group Advisors has arranged the sale of Lake Harris Square, a 61,220-square-foot shopping center located in Leesburg. Winn Dixie anchors the property. A 61,935-square-foot Stop & Shop anchors the property, which also comprises a 2,000-square-foot fuel station and a three-tenant, 8,184-square-foot inline building. The center also features a pad site that can support the development of a 3,500-square-foot building.
