Acme Grocery anchors the property, which was 99 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants at the center include McDonald’s, TD Bank and Dollar Tree. Chris Munley, Jim Galbally, Colin Behr, James Graf and Patrick Higgins of JLL represented the seller, Site Centers, in the transaction.

Spring, Texas — Wu Property Management has purchased Cypresswood Court Shopping Center, a 103,047-square-foot retail property located in the Houston suburb of Spring. Target, Best Buy and dd’s DISCOUNTS are the anchor tenants at the center, which was built on 11.3 acres in 1985, according to LoopNet Inc. Wu Property Management has appointed Sturbridge Commercial as the leasing agent.
Marcus & Millichap Brokers $4.6 Million Sale of Retail Property Leased to CVS in Norton, Massachusetts
Norton, Mass. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $4.6 million sale of a 10,125-square-foot retail property in Norton, located in the southern part of The Bay State, that is net leased to CVS/pharmacy. The property was built on 1.5 acres in 2000. Laurie Ann Drinkwater and Seth Richard of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. Thomas Shihadeh of Marcus & Millichap assisted in closing the deal as the broker of record.

Tenants at the property, which was 91 percent leased at the time of sale, include Dunkin’ Donuts, Oasis Nails & Spa, Eyemart Express, Subway, Bedzzz Express, Isbell’s Jewelry, Budget Car Rental, Tint World, State Farm Insurance and Tao Massage. Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Anton Serafini of JLL represented the seller and procured the buyer, Crow Holdings Capital.
Miami — Dadeland Greenery LP, an entity sponsored by Orion Capital Partners, has purchased a mixed-use project in Miami for $58 million, with the price subject to the assumption of an existing $39 million mortgage. The property, known as both Greenery Mall and Dadeland Square, features 129,585 square feet situated on an 8.4-acre site, including ground-floor retail space attached to an eight-story, 84,913-square-foot office building. Southern Shores, N.C. —Klein Enterprises has purchased Southern Shores Marketplace, a 140,000-square-foot shopping center located in Southern Shores. Food Lion anchors the property. Other tenants include Starbucks Coffee, Verizon Wireless, CVS/pharmacy, Jersey Mike’s, OBX Optical and Coastal Rehabilitation. The seller, Aston Properties, recently redeveloped the shopping center and executed new leases with Marshalls, Rack Room Shoes and Five Below. An affiliate of Klein Enterprises purchased the property for an undisclosed price using acquisition financing from TD Bank. Berkeley Capital Advisors brokered the transaction.

Totaling 101,103 square feet, the portfolio includes Marketplace at Ken Caryl, Columbine Plaza and Marina Pointe Shopping Center. Marketplace at Ken Caryl comprises 47,606 square feet and was originally built in 1981. Columbine Plaza offers 33,947 square feet of multi-tenant space, and Marina Pointe Shopping Center features 19,550 square feet situated on 1.8 acres.
