The property was fully leased at the time of sale. Jack Hicks and Hudson Lambert of STRIVE represented the Austin-based developer and investor and sourced the California-based buyer, in the transaction. The center — which was 80 percent leased at the time of sale — is anchored by Tractor Supply, AutoZone, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
