New York City — Electric Shuffle, an entertainment concept featuring high-tech shuffleboard, as well as food and beverages, will open a 10,000-square-foot venue on the second floor of Broadway and West 30th Street in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood. John Few of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Electric Shuffle in the lease negotiations. Richard Tang represented the landlord, The Lam Group, on an internal basis, with Adam Weinblatt of Newmark. The opening is scheduled for next spring.

Houston — Three new tenants have signed leases totaling 54,000 square feet at Champions Village, a retail center located in Houston. Lowe’s has opened a 41,453-square-foot store at the property, occupying a former Stein Mart space. Additionally, Hibbett Sports and The Greasy Spoon are both scheduled to open at the center in 2024. First National Realty Partners is the landlord.
Indian Harbour Beach, Fla. — Michaels will open a 21,000-square-foot store at Causeway Shopping Center in Indian Harbour Beach this year. Construction is currently underway on the store, which will be located in the space formerly occupied by Office Depot, adjacent to Ross Dress for Less. Forge Real Estate Partners III, a joint venture between The Sembler Co. and Forge Capital Partners, is the landlord. Other tenants at the 112,000-square-foot property include Panera Bread, GNC and Bealls Outlet. The center is now 85 percent occupied.
New York City — Club Pilates has signed a 3,500-square-foot lease in New York City. The brand has opened a fitness center on the ground floor of The Delegate, a condominium tower located in Manhattan. Club Pilates, an affiliate of Midtown East Fitness and a subsidiary of Xponential Fitness, currently operates more than 800 studios globally. Yardley, Pa. — Wegmans will open an 88,000-square-foot store in Yardley early next year. Situated within the Prickett Preserve development, the store is expected to employ more than 400 people. Wegmans was established in 1916 and currently operates 109 stores in seven states. The brand is also scheduled to open a store in Lake Grove, New York, next year.
Aurora, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Parker and Sheridan, Colo. — Kimco has signed leases with 15 new tenants at eight of its Colorado shopping centers. InfiniTea, We Knead Donut and EmNet Organics will occupy 869; 1,120; and 3,857 square feet, respectively, at Quincy Place Shopping Center in Aurora. Also in Aurora, Nana’s Dim Sum & Bao, Dirmug by Fryat and Dollar Tree have leased 3,142; 1,130; and 15,270 square feet, respectively. Vernon Hills, Ill. — Pickleball entertainment concept Picklemall has signed a 46,000-square-foot lease in Vernon Hills, a northern suburb of Chicago. The facility, which will be located in a space formerly occupied by Toys “R” Us, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024. The flagship venue marks the first of 50 that are planned throughout the country over the next two years. Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) represented Picklemall in the leasing negotiations.
Lawrenceville, N.J. — Federal Realty Investment Trust has announced the rebranding of Mercer Mall in Lawrenceville, roughly 40 miles northeast of Philadelphia. Moving forward, the property, which totals 551,000 square feet, will be known as Mercer on One. Federal Realty has also signed leases with two new tenants at the property. J. Crew Factory will occupy 6,100 square feet, and Crate and Barrel has opened a 42,000-square-foot store. Additionally, DSW is currently undergoing a full remodel and façade upgrade. Ashton Design led the rebranding effort.
Houston, Mont Belvieu and Richmond, Texas — David Littwitz of Littwitz Investments has arranged three restaurant leases totaling 8,733 square feet in Texas. Blue Tuba Euro-Tex Cuisine has signed a 5,141-square-foot lease at the Harold’s Heights retail building in Houston. Additionally, Beaky’s Hot Chicken will open a 2,436-square-foot restaurant at a shopping center currently underway in Mont Belvieu, and Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls will occupy 1,156 square feet at Waterview Town Center in Richmond.
