Plainfield, Ind. — Theo’s Italian will open a 6,118-square-foot restaurant at The Shops at Perry Crossing, a shopping center located in Plainfield, roughly 18 miles outside Indianapolis. Scheduled to open this month, Theo’s marks the third food-and-beverage concept by Cunningham Restaurant Group at the property, joining Bru Burger Bar and Stone Creek Dining Co. Atlanta — Lincoln Property Co. has signed three restaurants to Echo Street West, its 19-acre mixed-use project currently underway in Atlanta’s Westside. Food-and-beverage concepts El Gordo Taqueria by Fuego Tortilla, Fresh Squeezed Mini Bar and Le Macaron will occupy 2,430; 1,917; and 895 square feet, respectively. New York City — Four new tenants have opened at Kings Plaza in New York City. Target, Primark, Zara and Burlington have opened stores in a space formerly occupied by Sears at the enclosed mall, which totals 1.1 million square feet in Brooklyn. The landlord, Macerich, has implemented targeted renovations at the property.
Bay Shore, N.Y. — Nordstrom Rack, the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, will open a 24,000-square-foot store in Bay Shore, a hamlet on Long Island. Situated within Gardiner Manor Mall, the store is scheduled to open next spring. Other tenants at the property include HomeGoods, Barnes & Noble, Michaels and Old Navy. Kite Realty Group Trust is the landlord. This will mark the third Nordstrom Rack outpost in the state.
Milwaukie, Ore. — Three new tenants have signed leases at Milwaukie Marketplace, a 185,760-suqare-foot retail center located in Milwaukie. Ace Hardware will occupy a 16,389-square-foot space at the property, and New Seasons Market will occupy 42,630 square feet, with both store openings scheduled for early next year. Pittsboro, N.C. — Five new tenants have joined the lineup at Northwood Landing, a 62,000-square-foot retail center recently developed in Pittsboro, roughly 35 miles east of Raleigh. Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy a 2,100-square-foot building, and FirstHealth of the Carolinas will open a 4,849-square-foot clinic at the property. New York City — Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake, in partnership with NEXUS Luxury Collection and 8AM Golf, have opened a 22,000-square-foot sports and entertainment bar between Bryant Park and Grand Central Station in New York City. Dubbed T-Squared Social, the venue offers Full Swing golf simulators, duckpin bowling, darts and more than 35 televisions for sports-watching, as well as food and beverages. ForrestPerkins designed the space, which features 24-foot open ceilings, a 32-foot bar, dining and lounge areas and a private event room.
Santa Monica, Calif. — Barnes & Noble will open a store within a 21,000-square-foot space at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. This marks the return of the retailer to the property following a five-year hiatus. Other new tenants at the center include fitness brand JOHN REED and pickleball venue Pickle Pop.
Richmond, Texas — Beverage concept SWIG has signed a 19,161-square-foot lease at Grand at Aliana, a retail center located in Richmond. NewQuest Properties is the landlord.
