The 35-acre project will comprise approximately 200,000 square feet of grocery, restaurant and retail space, 300 luxury apartment homes and a hotel. Burnsville, Minn. — Transwestern Real Estate Services has negotiated a 66,100-square-foot retail lease at Aurora Village, a 122,323-square-foot shopping center in the south Minneapolis suburb of Burnsville. Soar N Bounce Trampoline and Adventure Park will occupy the space, marking its first location in Minnesota. Hemet, Calif. — Avison Young has negotiated the $2.2 million sale of a single-tenant retail property located at 1735 W. Florida Ave. in Hemet. Harbor Freight Tools occupies the 20,571-square-foot building, which was renovated in 2023. The tenant has approximately 11 years remaining on its absolute triple net lease. Chris Maling and David Maling of Avison Young represented the seller, a California-based limited partnership, in the transaction. The buyer was a California-based private investor.

Marietta, Ga. — Three new tenants have signed leases to join The Avenue West Cobb, a shopping center located in Marietta, roughly 20 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta. BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar will open a 1,200-square-foot store in May, while BODYBAR Pilates will follow with a 2,188-square-foot studio in June.
